Mark Madigan, owner of Total Renovations Inc. began the company 20 years ago in 1988 with the purchase of a hammer at Canadian Tire!  His popularity grew and it wasn’t long before the company expanded to a handful of dedicated professionals.  Much of the business relies on referrals which is a testament to the quality of Total’s workmanship, and commitment to quality work.  Understanding the needs of our clients and establishing clear communication is paramount. We pride ourselves on providing courteous and skilled workmen and leaving the jobsite clean and tidy.

Today we are branching out into the Greater Toronto area, although we still enjoy operating as an established company mainly in the Beaches, Riverdale, Leaside and Cabbagetown.
